Thrive in Black 2.0 is a transformational wellness series created for Black women across Nova Scotia who are ready to pour back into themselves.
This series was intentionally designed to create safe, supportive, and culturally relevant spaces where Black women can heal, reflect, reconnect, grow, and thrive through meaningful workshops, conversations, and community experiences.
