What to Expect: If you identify with any mental and physical health issues, addiction, or other barriers, you should definitely log on for this event!

Our session will be two-fold:

Part 1: Wellness and Entrepreneurship Workshop Discover how to strike a balance between wellness and entrepreneurship and gain valuable insights on avoiding and navigating burnout. We understand that entrepreneurship can be both fulfilling and challenging. At Rise, we want to ensure that our clients and the broader community we serve are well-prepared to achieve their definition of success. Managing mental health and wellness awareness is a key element in bringing your best self to your business every day. (Presented by Rise Facilitator, Iman Grewal)

Part 2: Introduction to Rise and Our Programs Get acquainted with Rise and our diverse range of programs and services. We want the BWIE community to be well-informed about what we have to offer. This event provides an opportunity for you and your networks to learn more about how we can support your entrepreneurial journeys. (Presented by several members of the Rise team)
