🔸 Full-time Receptionist at ISANS, Halifax NS (2021) - Welcomed visitors, managed front desk operations, and provided excellent client service.
🔸 Face Mask Assembler and Packager at B'spoke Apparel, Halifax NS (2020) - Contributed to producing high-quality face masks and even modeled for in-store promotional pictures!

📣 Exciting Announcement! 🎉 Introducing Aicha Wade, our new Community Economic Development Officer at BWIE for the summer program! 🌞 Aicha is a dynamic and dedicated professional with a passion for community development and social impact. Let's learn more about her qualifications and achievements:
🌱 Founder of PossibiliTeas, a Youth-Led Enterprise
- Aicha founded PossibiliTeas, a socially responsible business that empowers female farmers in Senegal through fair trade practices and sources local ingredients from community gardens.
- Successfully managed production and sales of over 8,000 tins of tea, generating significant revenue for community impact initiatives, including the development of 50 new community food gardens.
- Led weekly team meetings to strategize and implement new ideas, flavors, and impact initiatives while maintaining consumer demand and satisfaction.
🌟 Youth Program Coordinator at Hope Blooms
- Managed program operations, coordinating activity schedules and maintaining clear communication with parents, ensuring a successful and well-run program.
- Led hands-on learning activities in art, culinary programming, and youth agriculture education, fostering an understanding of sustainable farming practices and the importance of knowing where food comes from.
- Designed and executed interactive youth development programs that provided hands-on experience in entrepreneurship and community-building.
