About the Event
Program Overview
The Flight Path to Empowerment program is designed to help Black and African Nova Scotian youth gain confidence, explore leadership potential, and discover career pathways. Each week represents a stage of “taking flight,” symbolizing personal growth, resilience, and purpose.
Through interactive workshops, guest speakers, and mentorship, participants will gain practical tools in communication, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and self-development—culminating in a powerful graduation and behind-the-scenes experience at Halifax Stanfield International Airport.
